In today's challenging global business climate, generating brand awareness, standing out from competitors, enhancing reputation, driving sales, and increasing customer loyalty require an integrated strategy designed around the customer journey. An integrated approach begins with the creation of a compelling brand strategy followed by relentless brand management and stewardship. Strong internal and external communications are necessary ingredients along with the removal of functional silos because most organizational challenges transcend individual functional areas. Marketing, Communications, Sales, R&D, Products, Customer Service, and other departments must align activities and resources to ensure a seamless customer experience. An integrated strategy, encompassing both traditional and digital channels, must be both measured and continuously improved. I'm a fervent believer that any such strategy must also incorporate a robust internal stakeholder communications, engagement, and training plan. As an individual who thrives in change and ambiguity, I leverage my unique combination of skills (critical thinking, problem-solving, collaboration, analytical, and adaptability) and well-rounded experiences to help lead a company to the next level.
